some people say five nights at freddy's 2 is a sequel just because scott published like that,
im here, to prove that is wrong, why you ask?
because i searched deeper than i thought possible than i thought, and found my answers to this,
let's state the timeline first,
lets see the night 5 paycheck

we can see the date is 1987, how we can backup this?
by stating the time, we know in FNAF 1, you were payed 120.00 dollars, you worked 4 dollars an hour
the timeline would be 1991-1996
but in FNAF 2 you were only payed $100.50, wich means our timeline  is between 1985-1990.
now that we have stated the timeline, lets have a look at a part of the message recorded by phone guy in night 1:

Uh, hello? Hello, hello? Uh, hello and welcome to your new summer job at the new and improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Uh, I'm here to talk you through some of the things you can expect to see during your first week here and to help you get started down this new and exciting career path.

i want to highlight the first part wich says: ''welcome to your new summer job at the new and improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza''
i know what you are thinking, ''BUT THATS FNAF 1!!'', thats why i stated our timeline, to have a headstarter, wich makes us jump at the call of night 5, wich says:

Hello, hello? Hey, good job, night 5! Um hey, um, keep a close eye on things tonight, ok? Um, from what I understand, the building is on lockdown, uh, no one is allowed in or out, y'know, especially concerning any...previous employees. Um, when we get it all sorted out, we may move you to the day shift, a position just became...available. Uh, we don't have a replacement for your shift yet, but we're working on it. We're going to try to contact the original restaurant owner. Uh, I think the name of the place was "Fredbears Family Diner" or something like that. It's been closed for years though, I doubt we'll be able to track anybody down. Well, just get through one more night! Uh, hang in there! Goodnight!"

but as i have stated, this IS already freddy fazbears pizza.
remember the five missing children from the clip news in FNAF 1?
lets take a look at the call of night 4:
"Hello? Hello? Uh, hey there, nice work! I told you you'd get the hang of it!

Ok, so uh, just to update you, uh, there's been somewhat of an, uh, investigation going on. Uh, we may end up having to close for a few days... I don't know. I want to emphasize though that it's really just a precaution. Uh, Fazbear Entertainment denies any wrongdoing. These things happen sometimes. Um... It'll all get sorted out in a few days. Just keep an eye on things and I'll keep you posted.

Uh, just as a side note though, try to avoid eye contact with any of the animatronics tonight if you can. Someone may have tampered with their facial recognition systems - we're not sure. But the characters have been acting very unusual, almost aggressive towards the staff. They interact with the kids just fine, but when they encounter an adult, they just...stare.

golden freddy was actually a spare suit, probably in parts and service's room,
it seems the killer was someone who used golden freddy's empty suit, as backup, you can see golden freddy with wires out, in a worse state.

But wasn't Foxy the one who caused the bite of '87?
the answer is no, the one who caused it was one of the toy animatronics, probably mangle, judging by the way she (or he) jumpscares you, but it could have been anyone.
that's not enough evidence!
Let's take a look again at night 6 call:
Hello? Hello...uh...what on earth are you doing there, uh didn’t you get the memo, uh, the place is closed down, uh, at least for a while. Someone used one of the suits. Uh we have one more event scheduled for tomorrow, a birthday. You’ll be on day shift wear your uniform, stay close to the animatronics, make sure they don’t hurt anyone okay, uh for now just make it through the night, uh when the place eventually opens again I’ll probably take the night shift myself. Okay, good night and good luck.

yep, there is your answer, a birthday, in 1987

what is the conclusion?
The final product:
freddy Fazbear's pizza is a magical place for kids, one day, five children went missing, a man with a yellow spare suit of freddy fazbear was last seen with the kids, after that, the new animatronics started malfunctioning, there were investigations in the pizzeria, they decided to close the pizzeria after one last schedule, a birthday.
that fateful day, December 13th 1987, a kid's frontal lobe gets ripped off from one of the malfunctioning toy animatronics.
the pizzeria gets shut down, and repairing the malfunctioning animatronics results too expensive, they fix the old ones and move to another smaller location, they didn't have more money to fix foxy the pirate fox, so they put it at the pirate's cove, out of order.
after years of struggle, the location shuts because of sanitary issues, and Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria will remain only in the heart of kids...
